Andrea E. Gonzalez

Andrea Gonzalez is the Director and lead BCBA at AGBS. Mrs. Gonzalez earned her BS in Behavioral Science from Mercy College and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. Over the last 25 years, Mrs. Gonzalez has devoted her time and energy to bettering the lives of autistic individuals. She began her career working for a variety of private ABA agencies and public schools before opening AGBS in 2017. Mrs. Gonzalez also has 12 years of experience working with other neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Down Syndrome, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and OCD.
Alea Hemming

Case Supervisor

Alea Hemming is a Case Supervisor at AG Behavioral Services. She earned her Masters Degree in Applied Sociology from William Paterson University and her Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Ms. Hemming earned her BCBA Certification in early 2025. Ms. Hemming has over six years of experience working with autistic individuals of a variety of different age groups and support levels.

Renee Nemeth is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Nemeth earned her B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University, her MSW from Rutgers University, and her Graduate Certificate in ABA from Penn State University. Ms. Nemeth earned her BCBA certification in 2024. Ms. Nemeth has over 20 years of experience working with autistic individuals.

Simone Scance is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. She earned her B.A. in Early Grade and Special Education from Westchester University and is currently working on a graduate degree in ABA from Saint Elizabeth University. Ms. Scance is expected to earn her BCBA in the fall of 2024.
Melanie Cordero

Melanie Cordero is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Cordero earned her Masters of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University. She is expected to earn her BCBA in the summer of 2025. Ms. Cordero has six years of experience working with autistic children, and three years of experience working with autistic adults.

Stephanie Baker earned her BA in liberal arts from Thomas Edison State University. She is completing a graduate degree in ABA at Capella University and is expected to earn her BCBA in the fall of 2025. Stephanie has over ten years of experience working with autistic individuals.

Lauren Levis is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Lauren earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware, a Masters of Science in Special Education from Mercy College, and her Masters of Science in School Based Leadership from Pace University. Lauren has over a decade of experience working with autistic individuals, and is passionate about sharing her expertise to help children reach their full potential.

Laura Reyes is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Laura has over10 years of experience working with children with special needs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Education from Touro College. Laura is currently completing the final requirements to obtain her BCBA certification, which she expects to earn by the end of 2025. She is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential through individualized support and evidence-based strategies.

Jeremy de Tenorio is a Program Coordinator with three dedicated years of experience in the field of ABA. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and is working on a Graduate degree in ABA from Mary Baldwin University. Jeremy is expected to earn his BCBA by the winter of 2026.

Christine Milliman is a Scheduling Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Milliman has a B.S. in Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois. Ms. Milliman has three years of experience as a Habilitation Aide/Unit Director in a Residential Facility for adults with Developmental Disabilities, four years of experience as a Substitute Teacher in Structured Autism Classrooms, and 10 years of experience as the Director of a Behavioral Healthcare practice.

Zelandia Gonzalez is the Office Administrator at AGBS. Ms. Gonzalez has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, a Masters of Education in Special Education/Regular Education from birth through second grade, and Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. She is also certified in Bilingual Education.
