Andrea E. Gonzalez
Owner, MA, BCBA
Andrea Gonzalez is the Director and lead BCBA at AGBS. Mrs. Gonzalez earned her BS in Behavioral Science from Mercy College and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. Over the last 25 years, Mrs. Gonzalez has devoted her time and energy to bettering the lives of autistic individuals. She began her career working for a variety of private ABA agencies and public schools before opening AGBS in 2017. Mrs. Gonzalez also has 12 years of experience working with other neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Down Syndrome, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and OCD.

Renee Nemeth
Program Coordinator
Renee Nemeth is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Nemeth earned her B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University, her MSW from Rutgers University, and her Graduate Certificate in ABA from Penn State University. Ms. Nemeth will earn her BCBA in early 2024. Ms. Nemeth has over 20 years of experience working with autistic individuals.
Simone Scance
Program Coordinator
Simone Scance is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. She earned her B.A. in Early Grade and Special Education from Westchester University and is currently working on a graduate degree in ABA from Saint Elizabeth University. Ms. Scance is expected to earn her BCBA in the fall of 2024.
Melanie Cordero
Program Coordinator
Melanie Cordero is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Cordero earned her Masters of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University. She is expected to earn her BCBA in the summer of 2024. Ms. Cordero has six years of experience working with autistic children, and three years of experience working with autistic adults.
Alea Hemming
Program Coordinator
Alea Hemming is a Program Coordinator at AGBS. She earned her Masters Degree in Applied Sociology from William Paterson University and her Post Graduate Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2023. Ms. Hemming is expected to earn her BCBA in 2024. Ms. Hemming has five years of experience working with autistic individuals and two years of experience working as a Case Manager/Program Coordinator.
Christine Milliman
Scheduling Coordinator
Christine Milliman is a Scheduling Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Milliman has a B.S. in Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois. Ms. Milliman has three years of experience as a Habilitation Aide/Unit Director in a Residential Facility for adults with Developmental Disabilities, four years of experience as a Substitute Teacher in Structured Autism Classrooms, and 10 years of experience as the Director of a Behavioral Healthcare practice.
Zelandia Gonzalez
Scheduling Coordinator
Zelandia Gonzalez is a Scheduling Coordinator at AGBS. Ms. Gonzalez has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, a Masters of Education in Special Education/Regular Education from birth through second grade, and Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. She is also certified in Bilingual Education.
